President, Gray Randolph, C B Richard Ellis

Gray Randolph is a Senior Vice President in the Norfolk office of C B Richard Ellis and

has over eighteen years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid South Region of C B Richard Ellis


Gray specializes in suburban office sales and leasing and in 2001, he became a member of the prestigious SIOR Society of Commercial Real Estate Brokers.

Secretary, Josh Harris, Smith Barney

Josh is a Second Vice President/Wealth Management at Smith Barney, an investment firm, in Virginia Beach.  He has been on the board since 2006 and is presently serving as Secretary.  Josh also serves on the board of the Hope House Foundation in Norfolk and is a Trustee of Hampton Roads Academy in Newport News.  He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and currently resides in Virginia Beach.

Michael B. Burnette, Burnette Development

Burnette is the president and founder of Burnette Development. He holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and received a M.B.A. from The College of William and Mary.  Previous work experience includes working as an executive loan officer for Wachovia and managing three self-storage franchises.  He is now involved in various development projects.  Burnette is active in several civic leadership positions including the Ocracoke Island Airport Advisory Board, the Virginia Zoo, the Norfolk Harborfront Kiwanis and he is volunteer pilot for Angel Flight.
Nicole Duke Nicole Duke, Kaufman & Canoles

Nicole is an associate in the Commercial Section of the firm’s Norfolk office. Her areas of practice include commercial and Technology Ventures Group. She graduated from Hollins College with a BA in 1996 and from the University of Baltimore School of Law and Merrick School of Business in 2001 magna cum laude with a JD and MBA. She has been a Wish Granter for the chapter and joined the board in 2003 serving as Secretary and currently as President. Nicole lives in Suffolk with her husband, her new son and lots of dogs.
Jill Haag, Chartway Federal Credit Union Jill Haag, Chartway Federal Credit Union

Jill is the Director of Development for Chartway Federal Credit Union and the We Promise Foundation, managing all of the credit union’s philanthropic programs. She is the current Chairman of the We Promise Foundation’s Diamonds in the Sky Gala and Annual Charity Golf Classic. Mrs. Haag has been involved with the Eastern Virginia chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation since 1999 and has served on its Board of Directors since 2002, as Secretary for two years and currently as Vice President. She lives in Virginia Beach with her husband Douglas and their two sons, Jack and John.

Robert A. Frazier, Jr. M.D., Dominion Pathology Labs

Frazier is the president and partner in Dominion Pathology Laboratories in Norfolk, Virginia.  Prior to working with Dominion, Frazier was a staff pathologist at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital for five years.  Frazier holds a medical degree from the University of Tennessee at Memphis and holds undergraduate degrees in chemistry and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Frazier holds membership in the College of Am. Pathologists, American and Virginia Societies of Clinical Pathologists, the Virginia Medical Society and is on the community faculty at Eastern Virginia Medical School.  Frazier currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and four children.

Mary Jones, Realty Executives

Mary is a Broker Associate with Realty Executives in Virginia Beach. In addition to her recent election to the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish, she has also served two terms as Treasurer on the Mental Health Board of Directors as well as serving on the Board for the Volunteers of America. Since 1994, Mary has graciously given her time to volunteer for Lee’s Friends and has been an active member of the local, state, and national Association of Realtors. Mary came to Make-A-Wish years ago as a volunteer Wish Granter and got to ask the important question of our kids, “If you could wish for anything in the world, what would you wish for?”

Lamont Maddox, Williams Mullen

Lamont is an associate in the law firm of Williams Mullen in the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities Section. His practice focuses on general business law matters, such as securities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, partnerships and limited liability companies, taxation and structuring venture capital transactions. Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Mr. Maddox was president and owner of Maddox Technology Incorporated, a computer consulting firm serving small and moderate size businesses. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, a master's in business administration from William & Mary School of Business and a law degree from William & Mary School of Law. He is a member of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Association of CLE Committee and the Virginia State Bar. He also serves on the advisory board of the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia.

Jean C. Moses, Moses & Smith, PLC

Jean Moses, CPA has been associated with Make-A-Wish for over 17 years. She has served in many capacities including board chair, treasurer, wish granter, and fund raiser. Jean also volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America serving her 5th consecutive year as a member of the National Audit and Finance committee. Jean is the managing member of Moses & Smith, PLC, a public accounting firm located in Newport News, VA, which provides audit, accounting and tax services to many Not-For-Profit entities, businesses and individuals. Jean also serves on the boards of The Arc of the Virginia Peninsula and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula, Inc. Jean resides in Yorktown, VA with her husband Paul.
